Roads of South Australia

9 days.
More than 2000km travelled.
Great to see some new sights, especially the Murray filling the Coorong and Lake Alexandrina, reaching all the way down to the barrages at Goolwa.
Pouring rain on Kangaroo Island.
Sunshine in Port Elliott and Robe.
Beach walks, books read, sleep!

What happened to the wine, the cheese and wagyu beef?

Oh, there was some of that too! The old bloke had wagyu in Penola, and we bought sheep's milk feta on Kangaroo Island...wine everywhere of course...

I love your pics! They remind me of my "wing" series ;) I'd never been to the Coorong before our brief visit in April - I can't imagine it any other way (nor should it be...) And it looks as though you had a little rain. Good to know you're home safely. Stay warm!

I don't know if my comment went through or not (how do boys with big boy fingers cope with iPhones??) so I thought I'd re-send just to make sure you know exactly how much I love this collections of photos!
